Oregon does not allow a tip credit: tipped employees get the full $15.55 minimum wage in cash, with tips on top.

This is the standard rate. The Portland metro area is $16.80 and nonurban counties are $14.55, adjusted every July 1. Oregon does not allow a tip credit.
